This light and airy bedroom on the first floor boasts a fabulously comfortable 4’ 6” double bed, small 3 drawer unit, a chest of drawers (hair dryer in the top left-hand drawer) and a double wardrobe (third cupboard for private use only). This lovely room has the additional benefit of an en-suite shower room with loo and basin – check out the pebble flooring!

This is the smallest of the 3 bedrooms but has a charm all of its own! The two single beds have been custom built in a right angled ‘bunk’ arrangement in this little ‘cabin’ room. There are coat hooks behind the door and a chest of drawers tucked neatly under the suspended bed.

With the sea views looking over Robin Hoods Bay and the whole Bay area, this is a fabulous, spacious bedroom on the second floor (as seen in the picture above) with 2 custom made beds, a custom made chest of drawers and a little original fireplace. The beautiful beams, sea grass flooring and cream paintwork give the attic bedroom a wonderful feel throughout the day and if you look closely you will find a switch which can illuminate the bedroom with a soft sea blue glow as night falls!

The house bathroom has a full-size bath with a heated ladder towel rail (comes on with the heating) at one end and the flexibility of either a large ceiling mounted shower rose or hand held shower at the other end. There is also a loo and wash basin.

The smaller of the two bathrooms (main bedroom en suite) has a quadrant shower cubicle, loo and basin. The mirror has a touch sensitive on/off switch to the right of the mirror. The heated ladder towel rail will come on with the heating. (There is a cupboard behind the loo for private use only.)
